of Sale: Everything sold as is, where is, subject to errors, deletions
and omissions. All sales final. No returns unless item is not as
advertised or announced. Absentee bids are permitted until 4 PM on the
day prior to the auction, subject
to all terms and conditions of sale. 13% Buyer's Premium discounted to
10% if paid by cash or good check approved by the Auctioneers. New, out of state and buyers not known to the Auctioneers must pay with Business or Personal check accompanied with a Bank Letter of Guarantee. Payment
must be made by the end of the auction except for Absentee Bids which
must be paid within three (3) working days.
NOTE TO ABSENTEE BIDDERS:
We will accept absentee bids up until 5 PM on the day before the auction.
Absentee Bids received after that time cannot be accepted. No shipments
will be made until full payment has been received and payment has cleared our bank. Contact us for shipping costs and best method of shipping.

of Interstate I-91. We are always accepting quality consignments for sale at auction or to broker for sale to private parties.
